2. The petitioner has moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for quashing the order dated 09.07.2013 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Buxar in Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 329 of 2011 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner and other accused for offence punishable under Section 406/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code instituted on the basis of petition of complaint filed on behalf of Anis Khan, son of Late Alijama Khan, resident of Civil Line Hospital Road Buxar, Police Station- Buxar Town in the district of Buxar (Opposite Party No. 2)".

3. At the very outset, the Court was informed by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as opposite party no. 2 that they have compromised the matter.

4. In view thereof, as prayed for, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the parties to pursue their remedy before the Court below in terms of the compromise between them.
