The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 170 of 2013/G.R. No. 1950 of 2013 registered under Sections 376/511 of Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that an attempt was made by the petitioner to commit rape upon the informant. However, there is no specific allegation of commit rape against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail custody since 11.08.2014.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 170 of 2013/G.R. No. 1950 of 2013. m.p.
