The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Haspura P. S. Case No. 185 of 2020 (G. R. No. 777 of 2020), instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1797 of 2021(2) dt.14-07-2021 2/3 The accusation against the petitioners is of assaulting the daughter of the informant. When the wife of the informant came to her rescue, she also was assaulted by the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that many persons are said to have taken part in the affray. The occurrence arose because of a minor dispute. The injuries suffered by the victims are all simple in nature except for one, about which there is no definite opinion regarding its nature.

There is a counter version of the occurrence also vide Haspura P. S. Case No. 186 of 2020. The petitioners do not have criminal antecedents.

For the afore-stated facts, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten

This petition stands allowed.
