JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2024 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the order of this Court dated 19.3.2012, passed in CWJC No. 19146 of 2011, has stood complied with, however, the present petition has been kept pending in view of the fact that the opposite party no. 4, who had been held guilty of deliberate violation of the orders of this Court and consequently, was directed to be taken into judicial custody and remanded to Beur Central Jail for civil imprisonment for one week, had filed a SLP bearing Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 36714 of 2016. 2.

This Court has perused the order dated 12.9.2023, passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Special Leave to

Patna High Court MJC No.2747 of 2012(19) dt.11-01-2024 2/2 Appeal (C) No. 36714 of 2016, by which the special leave petition has been dismissed as withdrawn on account of death of the petitioner therein, who is the opposite party no. 4 herein. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition, hence, the same stands dismissed.
