Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.

There is case and counter case between the parties and informant sustained two injuries. Doctor has opined that informant sustained grievous injury but it is evident from perusal of annexure 3 to this petition that informant sustained lacerated wound on right skull measuring 1.5 cm x 0.5 cm x bone deep and on the basis of the aforesaid injury, doctor opined that nature of injury is grievous. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/-
