JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dumariaghat P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 406, 420, 384, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the allegation made in the F.I.R. is totally false and baseless. On perusal of Annexure-2, Complaint Petition, it appears that petitioners used to supply chicken to the Police Officer free of cost. When petitioners refused to supply the same,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39927 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 they have been implicated in this case by the informant with false allegation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Motihari in connection with Dumariaghat P.S.
