2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) Issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of wr0it of certiorari quashing the order dated 22.11.2014 passed by the Collector, Samastipur in Case No.45 of 2014 (Annexure- 7)by which in purported exercise of Revisional powers conferred under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011, the order

Patna High Court CWJC No.4685 of 2015(2) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 dated 15.7.2014 passed by the Additional Collector, Samastipur in Revision Case No.100 of 2013 (Annexure- 3) has been set aside;

(ii) To direct the respondents to create Zamabandi in favour of the petitioners upon cancellation of earlier Zamabandi as has been directed by order dated 15.7.2014 passed by the Additional Collector, Samastipur in Case No. 100 of 2013-14;

(iii) Pass such other order(s), direction (s) as your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Mr. Tej Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
