JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of the order dated 08.05.2017 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-III, Nawada in connection with Sessions Trial No.219 of 2015/17 of 2016 corresponding to Sirdalla (Meskaur) P.S. Case No.213 of 2013 whereby the prayer of the petitioner to recall the prosecution witness no.6 has been rejected.

At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the present application, the application has become infructuous.
