The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 127/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 406 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. This is a case under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code and section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Parties have entered into a compromise which would be evident from the certified copy of the compromise petition produced by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

No.63033 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 Considering the nature of offences which are compoundable, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 127/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
