The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No.222 of 2017. Initially the case was registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Sections 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act have been added.

Considering that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in connection with a case registered inter alia under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act and the case is still pending investigation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60473 of 2018(4) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
