Learned counsel for the State, on the basis of counter affidavit filed, submitted that with regard to all dues, as claimed by the petitioner, orders for payment had been made but the petitioner has refused to accept the banker's cheque or has not visited the Treasury concerned, for completing formalities. Copy of the counter affidavit was served on learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8382 of 2016 (5) dt.15-05-2018 petitioner on 11-09-2017, but no rejoinder of the same has been filed.

3. In view of the above, the Court can only presume that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
