1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Akilpur Police Station Case No.15 of 2019, dated 19.03.2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this is second attempt by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail inasmuch as by order, dated 16.12.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80306 of 2019, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner has been rejected. He further submits that all the facts were not placed before this Court at the time of hearing of earlier bail application on behalf of the petitioner, therefore, this second

4. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for informant submits that all the facts were pressed by learned counsel at the time of hearing of earlier bail application filed on behalf of these petitioner. He further submits that no fresh material and grounds have been placed by the petitioner to maintain this second anticipatory bail application.

After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and taking into consideration the fact that earlier bail application of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court on merit vide order dated 16.12.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80306 of 2019 and no fresh material or development has been brought on record by the petitioner in the present application, this second application for grant of anticipatory bail, after four years of dismissal of similar application, is not maintainable.
