The petitioner is in custody in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 272, 273, 290/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 30(a), 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 14 ltrs of liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the seizure list was not prepared in accordance with the mandatory provisions of Section 100 Cr.P.C. The petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court inclined to grant him bail. Let the
