The petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the District Teachers Employment Authority, Begusarai. Against the decision of the District Teachers Employment Authority, now a forum in the nature of State Appellate Authority is available.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Appellate Authority by filing appeal.

In the event, the petitioner files appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of one month from today along with a copy of this order, the State Appellate Authority shall decide the appeal on its own merit considering the fact that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court since 19.08.2016.
