2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beliya Belon P.S.Case No. 120 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of mobile theft.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2024 having clean antecedent. He is accused in eight more cases.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49751 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Baliya Belon P.S.Case No. 120 of 2023

6. This is also subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in Baliya Belon Police Station on first Sunday of every month and co-operate in the trial. If he fails to do so, the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be cancelled.
