The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Patna Hawai Adda P.S. Case no. 118 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 09.06.2018, the petitioners, who are neighbours of the informant, namely, Jitendra Nat, started to commit Marpit with the informant and his wife. At that time, the petitioners torn Balause of the wife of the informant and they also snatched her golden ear ring and Jitiya. At that time, petitioner Nos.1 and 2 also caused injury by

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, admittedly, the petitioners are next door neighbours of the informant and due to enmity the present case has been lodged with false allegation. Moreover, after settlement of dispute in between the parties, the informant filed a compromise petition on 05.09.2018 in the court of Smt. Tanveer Kaur, J.M. 1st Class, Patna, which would appear from Annexure-1 of the supplementary affidavit.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Patna Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 118 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
