2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Roshanganj (Bankebazar) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of Essential Commodity Act, 1955.

3. At the very outset, the learned APP for the State, by drawing my attention towards paragraph no. 29 of the case diary, submits that the petitioner has been granted police bail, as such, the anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

4. Since the petitioner has been granted police bail, this anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable. Accordingly,
