JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered.

Considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014.

Since the petitioner is accused in two other cases, let learned Court below cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if the petitioner gets substantially involved in similar
