The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No.133 of 2018 registered under Sections 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation made against the petitioner that he had continuously demanded ransom from the wife of the informant and call details obtained by the investigating officer also shows that several calls were made from the mobile of the petitioner to the wife of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest is rejected.
