Having regard to the nature of allegation for offence under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and that the petitioners are said to be involved with a company dealing in finance without its being having a licence by the Reserve Bank of India, this Court taking into account that the petitioners have also criminal background of a similar case, would not find them entitled for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is, accordingly, rejected.
