2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 325 of 2022, registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per FIR, on 10.09.2022 at about 8:00 P.M., when the informant was at his door, the petitioner along with other accused persons came there and assaulted him with pistol and Farsa on his head. Co-accused Janeshwar Yadav assaulted him with rod. His son and wife also assaulted and dragged him after putting rope on his neck. His wife gave his ornament worth Rs.2,00,000/- and Rs. 10,000/- cash to the petitioner. When the

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the informant. He has made accused even his wife and father-in-law. He has also submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 325 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
