ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-08-2015 No one appears on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 2 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 30.6.2009 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st, Begusarai, in Criminal Revision No. 57 of 2005 by which he has affirmed the order dated 18.12.2004 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Manjhaul, in Case No. 137 of 2000 under Section 147 Cr. P.C. and allowed easement to the Opposite Party No. 2. Considering that this is a second revision in the garb of an application under Section 482 Cr. P.C. and no patent illegality could be pointed out, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application stands dismissed.
