The petitioner seeks bail in Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended and he made his confessional statement disclosing that Sunil Yadav fired in the temple of Sumit Kumar Sah killing him on spot. Except the confessional statement of the petitioner, the police did not collect any further evidence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. Kumar, the learned Judicial
