The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dawath PS Case No. 87 of 2014 dated 24.07.2014, instituted under Sections 20-B,C, 22-C, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

The recovery effected from the petitioner is alleged to be 108.5 Kgs. of Ganja.

In view of the huge quantity of narcotic alleged to have been recovered from the petitioner, Section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act would be attracted.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43937 of 2019(7) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 No case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. The application stands dismissed.
