2. The petitioners in the present case are seeking modification of the order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63369 of 2022 for extension of time to surrender in the learned court below.

3. Having regard to the submission that the petitioners were unable to surrender and submit the bail bonds in terms of the order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63369 of 2022, this Court directs that in case the petitioners above named surrender in the learned court below within a period of three

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56669 of 2023(2) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 weeks from today and furnish the bail bonds in terms of the order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63369 of 2022, they will be given the benefit of the said order.
