Petitioner, said to be driver of informant Pawan Kumar, had misappropriated Rs. 3,80,000/-, which he has handed over to one Suraj Kumar Singh, who has deposited the aforesaid amount on 25.08.2014 before the Officer-in-Charge, Chakia Police Station, while depositing the amount, it has been disclosed by Suraj Kumar Singh that at that very moment, while hading over to the petitioner, had retained Rs. 10,000/- It is further evident that occurrence is of, dated 22.07.2014 while the case was instituted on 02.08.2014 and in the aforesaid background, coupled with period of detention, petitioner Raushan Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with
