In the present writ application, the following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : 1(a) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction commanding the respondents to make the honorarium from 01.03.2009 to 31.05.2011 to the petitioner for work done in the Gramme Kacheri Losghani as a Neyaye Mitra.
(b) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the fine to the petitioner which was granted by the State
Patna High Court CWJC No.2376 of 2016(4) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 Tribunal.
Considering the reliefs sought for in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Respondent No.2 i.e. The District Magistrate, Lakhisarai within a period of 30 days from today. The Respondent No.2 i.e. The District Magistrate, Lakhisarai shall consider the same and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
