Earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this court vide order dated 18-01-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1418 of 2017 on the ground that the instant case is counter blast of Complaint Case No. 26944 of 2014 filed by the petitioner against the complainant in which, after inquiry, learned Magistrate has found prima facie case under Sections-420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner does not deny the aforesaid fact.

Having heard both sides, this court does not find any merit in this petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42233 of 2017 (5) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 Accordingly, this petition for cancellation of bail is rejected.
