Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 452, 436 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act, Sections 16, 18, 20 and 23 of the U.A.P. Act.

The FIR is against 50-60 unknown nuxals. Allegation is that they put Purchas and caused mischief by damaging the house of the informant by explosive substance. Submission is that no one had identified the petitioner among the mob nor the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2019.

Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of

No.44526 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 investigation of the case against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dumariya Police Station Case No. 07 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
