The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34, of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of assaulting due to which informant and his wife sustained injuries.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present cae. It is also submitted that both parties are agnates. From perusal of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47598 of 2022(2) dt.14-12-2022 2/2 Annexure 2, it appears from perusal of the injury report that there is one lacerated wound caused by hard and blunt substance. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 494 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
