It has been reported that steps have been taken by fixing the date of attendance of the witnesses. A letter dated 25.04.2016 has been sent to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas for production of witnesses on the date fixed along with the letter of District & Sessions Judge, Rohtas.

Hence, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within six months and District & Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram is directed to monitor the case and to see that the case be disposed of within six months.

If the case will not be disposed of within six months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail and authority shall hold responsible for the same.

With the above observation the petition is disposed of. m.p.
