The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, motorcycle of the informant which was parked in his house was found stolen. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against unknown. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case in course of investigation. Referring to the order of the learned Court below it is submitted that the recovery of the alleged stolen motorcycle was incorrectly shown from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner was falsely implicated in the Karpi P.S. Case no.139 of 2015 wherein he has been enlarged on bail. He is in custody
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57531 of 2021(2) dt.07-04-2022 2/2 in the instant case since 31.3.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for over 1 year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case no. 107 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-SubJudge-VIII, Patna Sadar, District Patna.
