In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Barari (Semapur) P.S.Case No. 105 of 2014 registered u/s 376, 313, 511/34 IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act.

Statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. shows that there was love affectilon between the petitioner and the victim and by allurement, he established physical relationship with the victim. In Para-10 it has been stated that both of them have ent ered into marriage on 9th September 2015.
