The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Siswan (Chainpur O.P.) P.S. Case No.73 of 2019 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The mother of the victim alleged that the petitioner and others kidnapped her minor daughter for the purpose of marriage but it appears from perusal of Annexure 2 (statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C.) that she on being chided by her parents went to the house of her uncle. She denied the factum of kidnapping by the petitioner or any other person. Having considered the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the
