2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No.542 of 2022, arising out of Sono (Charkapathar) P.S. Case No.41 of 2022 lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 326, 447, 307, 302, 504, 506 & 354 of the IPC read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 21.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.19331 of 2024 with direction to the trial court to expedite the trial within one year from today and if trial shall not be concluded within the said period, then in that case, liberty shall be to the petitioner to pray for bail.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner's antecedent is clean and he is in custody since 16.08.2023. He further submits that progress report of the trial has been called for. He further submits that the said dispute has taken place at the matrimonial house of the petitioner.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and from the progress report, it transpires that charge has been framed and case has been committed for trial.
6. Counsel further submits that out of 13 charge-sheet witnesses, examination of 4 witnesses took place and rest witnesses are yet to be examined. It also transpires that the trial court has continuously intimated to the prosecutor as well as to the Superintendent of Police, Jamui to produce witnesses.
7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, it transpires to this Court that no purpose shall be served keeping the petitioner into custody. As such, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1) (d) of the BNSS, 2023 to the satisfaction of Addl. District & Sessions Judge-III, Jamui in connection with S.Tr. No.542 of 2022, arising out of Sono (Charkapathar) P.S. Case No.41 of 2022, subject to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49916 of 2025(3) dt.12-09-2025 3/3 following conditions as laid down under Section 480(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
