Petitioner seeks bail in Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No.243 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of the co-accused, Rohit Kumar, who has already been granted bail by the Court below itself.
Petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2019.
