JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has been arrested in connection with G.R.P. Samastipur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014 registered under Sections 379/34 of Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation of snatching of gold chain from the neck of the wife of the informant and thereafter the petitioner has been apprehended and on chase, the petitioner disclosed that gold chain was taken by one of the co-accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail custody since 15.06.2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur, in connection with G.R.P. Samastipur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014.
