The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jagdishpur ( Goradih) P.S. Case No. 509 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 302, 506 of the Indian Penal code.

Since there being specific allegation against the petitioner of giving the fatal blow on the deceased with Khanti in his abdominal region. I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of regular bail at this stage.

It is however, observed that if charge is not framed within a period of six months from today, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew the prayer of bail.
