2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to complete the bridge construction work detailed provided under item no. 18 of the Annexure-1 and under term of agreement no. 16F-2/2011-12 (Annexure-1/1) and make payment of the amount which remains after

Patna High Court CWJC No.12041 of 2013 dt.01-08-2018 measurement of the work and also for a direction to provide protection from unsocial criminal element who is making obstruction in different way in construction work of the said bridge.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset states that it will suffice if the respondents are directed to make measurement of the work completed by the petitioner and make payment for the same, in which event the remaining reliefs sought in the present writ petition need not be pressed.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and has been heard.

5. Having regard to the prayer now confined by the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to make measurement of the work claimed to have been completed by the petitioner after grant of an opportunity to him to be present for such measurement within a period of two weeks. On the basis of such measurement, the respondents shall make payment of the admitted dues of the petitioner within a further period of four weeks from today.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
