The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sirdala (Meskaur) P. S. Case No. 91 of 2018 dated 14.03.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 384, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
For refusal of the informant to offer free goodies, he was assaulted by means of a knife. The petitioner is also alleged to have kept a pistol in his hand.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that an absolutely false allegation has been levelled against the petitioner who is a co-villager and a person of clean

In support of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the injury report of the informant which indicates that the injuries received by him are caused by the hard and blunt substance and are simple in nature.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and specially clean antecedents of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Nawada in connection with Sirdala (Meskaur) P. S. Case No. 91 of 2018 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
