2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagalpur G.R.P.S. Case No. 09 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, two mobile phones and cash of Rs. 8,700/- have been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 18.01.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52489 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur/concerned Court in connection with Bhagalpur G.R.P.S. Case No. 09 of 2024.
