The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 399 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A, 323, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the statement of the victim, recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., specifically stated that she was in love with one Rahul Singh Kurda and both decided to marry, as detailed in supplementary affidavit. She also stated that petitioners and other co-accused persons are innocent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44117 of 2017 (3) dt.03-11-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S.
