2. This application has been filed to direct the respondent authorities to remove encroachment from the lands pertaining to Khata No. 592, Plot No. 2814, 2815 and Khata No. 660, Plot No. 3589, 3366.

3. The Circle Officer, Makhdumpur, Jehanabad is directed to dispose of Measurement Case No. 08 of 2023-24 vide letter date 22.05.2023 and 29.05.2023 in accordance with law after hearing both the parties.

4. If the Circle Officer, Makhdumpur, Jehanabad finds the encroachment, he will proceed in accordance with law under Bihar Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and will pass

Patna High Court CWJC No.10167 of 2023(2) dt.28-11-2023 2/2 necessary order within three months of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.
