Informant, who is father of deceased filed written report alleging inter alia that in the background of non-fulfilment of demand of dowry, her husband, mother in-law, father in-law had administered poison on account of which, she died while undergoing treatment at his behest.
Gone through the case diary, from perusal of the same, the status of petitioner is found that of father in-law without having specific role assigned to him. Furthermore, is under custody since 19.09.2014.
Accordingly, petitioner Yogendra Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49456 of 2014 (03) dt.27-03-2015 satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P. S. Case no.186 of 2013.
However, it is made clear that bail bond will be accepted only after surrender of his son, husband of deceased namely Gopal Singh.
