The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 143/341/324/307/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48708 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2 / 3 is only one simple injury which was caused by gun-shot. Petitioner submits that he is in custody in this case since 26.05.2014. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, Chhabila Yadav is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.131/2011 with a condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner must be the close relative of his family member, who will file affidavit before the court below giving full genealogy showing his or her relationship with the petitioner. That apart, in view of the antecedents of the petitioner, he would be required to appear before the Superintendent of Police, Khagaria within fifteen days of his release with a copy of this order and every two weeks thereafter for the next six months.
The conduct of the petitioner will be kept under watch in the aforesaid period by the Superintendent of Police concerned and if it is found wanting in any respect, a report shall be made to the court concerned by him to initiate a proceeding for cancellation of bail for reasons of misuse of bail.
