No. 2723 of 2014 whereby and whereunder the cognizance was taken under Sections 323, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37448 of 2015(4) dt.24-02-2023 2/2 Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in the case.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before an appropriate Court at an appropriate stage .
