The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no.1 caused injury on the elbow of the informant which was found to be grivous by the doctor, as such, his prayer for bail is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.

Petitioner no.2 inflicted knife injury to the informant which was found to be simple in nature by the doctor, as such ,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47559 of 2022(2) dt.08-12-2022 2/2 prayer for bail of the petitioner no. 2 is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class,, Sheohar in Hiramma Police Station Case No. 08 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
