KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-07-2019 Petitioner has preferred this civil revision against the order dated 29.05.2019 by which the Executing Court refused to withdraw the earlier order and rejected petition filed by the petitioner dated 01.03.2019. It has been submitted that subsequent to said order, the Executing Court has proceeded further and has passed a fresh order dated 22.07.2019. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the civil revision petition to assail the subsequent order passed by the Executing court.
