The petitioner seeks bail in Bela P.S. Case No. 110 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named is the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused Kiran Devi who is said to have confessed her guilt that the petitioner also participated in killing of the deceased Brij Narain Raut.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Kiran Devi has already been enlarged on bail. Admittedly, there is no eye witness of the occurrence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49443 of 2014 (3) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bela P.S.
