The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.161 of 2017 registered under sections 363, 366, 366A, 367, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submissions that the victim in her statement made under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has not even whispered the name of the petitioner as an accomplice in the case and he has been made accused simply because he happens to be father of the main accused Arun Kumar, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42135 of 2017 (2) dt.03-10-2017 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S.
